Kline Galland Benaroya Services is seeking an experienced Home Health & Hospice Intake Manager, LPN or RN to lead our intake, referral, eligibility, and scheduling functions for our growing Home Health and Hospice programs. Coordinates complex care transitions from hospital to home health or hospice service, including coordinating including wound care agreements, pain pumps or other specialized services.
