Factors which may affect starting pay include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked [each week]. Duties may contain, and are not limited to, the following: frequent contact with customer employees, contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops and entering private consumer dwellings to make deliveries.
