The unit manages a diverse patient population, including those with sepsis, end-stage renal disease (ESRD), acute kidney injury (AKI) requiring continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT/CVVH), post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure. As an ICU Float RN, you will provide comprehensive, high-acuity care across various critical care and intermediate care settings, including the Medical ICU, Surgical ICU (SICU), and Intermediate Care (IMC) units.
