Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, chest tube management, fresh trach care, feeding tube management, post-op patient care, epidurals, non-titratable cardiac drips, IV insulin protocols, external BiPAP/CPAP, total laryngectomy, and Doppler flap checks. Patient population includes ENT (neck dissections, mandibulectomy), thoracic (esophagectomy, lobectomy, pneumonectomy), general surgery (pancreatic, bowel/liver resections), urology (urinary diversions, cystectomies, RPLND), and medical overflow cases.
