Key Responsibilities : Patient Assessment and Care : Perform comprehensive assessments of patients before, during, and after their bone marrow transplant, including evaluating their overall health, lab results, vital signs, and organ function. Collaboration and Care Coordination : Collaborate closely with hematologists, oncologists, transplant surgeons, social workers, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
