Job Title: RN - Oncology Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Oncology Care Coordination Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: RN License - State of Michigan Certifications: BLS, Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification Must-Have: - Associate's Degree in Nursing - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (must be obtained within specified timeframe based on start date) - Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AHA or ARC) - Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certificate course completion for RNs working in departments where chemotherapy/immunotherapy is administered Description: Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described professionally by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan. This includes ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health.
