Experience or skills: Must have at least 2 years of NICU experience, including Level III; comfortable with neonatal stabilization and resuscitation; confident with high flow nasal cannula, CPAP, and stabilization; skilled in breastfeeding techniques and education; able to work independently with small staff and resources; charge nurse experience preferred. Responsibilities: Attend deliveries as the baby nurse, manage neonatal stabilization, monitor telehealth and fetal monitors, assist with low census call or standby, float to couplet care, and perform charting in EPIC, with no onsite telehealth support.
