The RN provides care across multiple Mobile Health service lines, including Mobile Primary Care, the Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment (CATT), Low Acuity Transitional Services (LATS)/Medical Respite, the Farmworker Outreach Program (FOP), Correctional health services, and community-based outreach programs. The ideal RN will be comfortable utilizing their full scope of practice including assessment, planning, implementation, supervision and delegation of appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed team members (LPN''s, CNA''s, and ancillary staff) as outlined by the Oregon Nurse Practice Act.
