The Department of Pathology, San Francisco Veterans Affairs Health Care System (SFVAHCS) and the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) are seeking outstanding candidates for a full-time position at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs HealthCare System with clinical service, research, and teaching responsibilities primarily in surgical pathology, cytopathology and autopsy service. Clinical duties will include sign-out responsibilities in cytopathology, surgical pathology, autopsy, frozen sections, inpatient and outpatient fine needle aspiration biopsy performance, rapid on-site adequacy assessments, night and weekend call, and presentation at tumor boards, interdepartmental conferences, and committees as assigned.
