4-5 years of experience in facilities, quality systems, or compliance required, including demonstrated independent ownership of QMS documentation, investigations, and/or CAPA activities in a GMP/GxP-regulated environment, with prior experience managing cross-site programs, metrics, or business operations initiatives preferred. Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.
