What You'll Do: partner closely with culinary and marketing team to evaluate and promote healthy and appealing menu items across multiple dining locations; meet with students and plan meals for those with food allergies or requiring dietary accommodations; support campus athletics and work closely with Division I and II athletes, coaches and administrators; and. Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.
