To learn more about our mission and clinical approach, visit allarahealth.com.Location: Fully remote within the U.S.Your Impact<ul><li>Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and more.</li><li>Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video, including offering general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as needed and related to nutrition care.</li><li>Employ Allara's provided nutrition training and educational materials to ensure consistent care while adapting to patient needs.</li><li>Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout the continuity of care.</li><li>Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in the medical management of your patients.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.</li><li>Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week in addition to administrative time.</li><li>Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Certification: Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).</li><li>Experience: 1-year experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions (strongly desired).</li><li>Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills</li><li>Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity</li><li>Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting</li><li>Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools</li><li>Telemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plus</li><li>State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Dietitian in at least one U.S. state is required.</li></ul>A note on state licensing: All active and pending licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed during our process.
