This is a telehealth position open to physicians licensed in Idaho (ID). Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a 650+ provider multi-specialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Obstetrician to grow our OB hospitalist group at our Nampa facility. We are also seeking OB/GYN generalists to work in our outpatient clinic. The Saint Alphonsus OB Hospitalist physicians are patient safety coordinators on Labor and Delivery, supporting OB/GYN physicians and Family Medicine physicians, for full 24/7 continuum of care services for the Nampa Family Maternity Center, where there are over 1,000 deliveries annually. This is a full time or part time position with a schedule of: Full-time (1.0 FTE): 154 twelve-hour shifts per year - Part-time (0.5 FTE): 77 twelve-hour shifts per year. No call. EMR/EHR: Epic. Our family-centered maternity care center features spacious, luxurious LDR suites equipped with jetted tubs and birthing beds, giving mothers and families flexibility to create their preferred birth experience. The hospital provides 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage and a Level II NICU.Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Nampa is currently undergoing a major expansion that will double the hospitals size, adding 254,000 square feet, including a new seven-story tower housing the Labor & Delivery unit.
