Physicians in this role will: • Supervise and mentor OB/GYN residents in both inpatient and outpatient settings and teaching and mentoring medical students rotating through the clinic and hospital services • Provide direct oversight in labor and delivery, surgical cases, triage, postpartum care, and gynecologic procedures • Participate in bedside teaching, case discussions, and clinical decision-making guidance • Support residents in developing procedural competency and independent clinical judgment • Contribute to a positive learning environment that fosters professionalism, accountability, and high-quality patient care • Facilitate student learning through clinical instruction, case-based discussion, and evaluation • Participate in didactics, conferences, and quality improvement initiatives as part of the academic mission.
