Assists in picking up, x-raying, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.  Incumbent may assist in maintaining and delivering copy paper and office supplies to all floors in the building. Checks dock for UPS next day air mail and ensures all time frames are met for pickup and delivery. Runs tracking on packages sent by UPS and Fed Ex to ensure delivery. Records incoming and outgoing UPS mail in log and sorts for distribution. Stamps outgoing mail and ensures mail is ready for pickup.  Supports the building manager in coordinating the setup and breakdown of building-wide events. And other duties as assigned.
