Knowledge of the duties, priorities, commitments, policies and program goals of the staff sufficient to perform assignments such as reviewing publications, directives and other materials which may affect the branch and taking appropriate follow-up action; and to anticipate and prepare materials that supervisors need in order to respond to correspondence or phone calls. Perform a wide variety of general clerical work including the maintenance of accurate and detailed records and files, function as receptionist for calls coming into the main agency phone number, verifying accuracy of information, researching discrepancies, and recording information.
