Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the following types of duties: reviewing all outgoing correspondence prepared for the supervisors signature, e.g., action documents, case files, legal documents, and reports; composing a variety of written material for the supervisors signature; developing a variety of recurring reports and documents which involve obtaining information from staff, subject files or other sources; arranging conferences and meetings for the supervisor; and organizing electronic case files, discovery materials, exhibits and other legal documents.
