Job Summary/Responsibilities: The Information Technology (IT) Contract Analyst is responsible for overseeing the coordination, review, revisions, negotiations, and drafting of contractual agreements involved in the procurement of technology-related goods and services, which may include hardware, software, telecommunications and consulting services. The candidate will engage with external vendors, including telecommunication vendors, as well as internal departments such as Sourcing, Finance, Risk, Legal and others, as required to complete agreements and to ensure that such agreements comply with company policies and procedures.
