Our crews work in fast-paced environments where teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude go a long way.<h3>The Role</h3>Atlantic Wind Transfers is seeking a Captain to operate our offshore wind Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) out of Quonset Point, North Kingstown, RI. This is a full-time, non-rotational position—candidates must be based locally or willing to relocate. Housing is not provided.As Captain, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of high-speed crew transfer catamarans supporting offshore wind farm operations. <div>We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead product design, development, and manufacturing support for Sunrise Technologies and Ripley Lighting products. Reporting directly to the VP/General Manager, this role oversees all engineering functions, driving innovation, product quality, and operational support across the organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage all engineering activities, including product development, design, and manufacturing support</li><li>Oversee electronic circuit design, PCB development, firmware/software programming, and digital/analog systems</li><li>Manage and mentor a team of engineers across Application, Manufacturing, and Product Development functions</li><li>Drive new product development from concept through production</li><li>Provide technical leadership in embedded systems, PCB troubleshooting, automated test systems, and product validation</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to support customer and business objectives</li><li>Support manufacturing processes through troubleshooting, process improvements, and production efficiency initiatives</li><li>Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and engineering documentation practices</li><li>Coordinate with offshore suppliers and support global design collaboration</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field</li><li>10+ years of electronics engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities</li><li>Strong background in PCB design, firmware/software programming, and digital/analog electronics</li><li>Experience with embedded systems, manufacturing environments, and new product development</li><li>Knowledge of radio control systems and high-reliability product design preferred</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and quality control standards</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and presentation skills</li></ul>Work Environment: 
Combination of office and manufacturing environments with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
