The District Manager acts as a liaison between bakery teams and upper management, focusing on communication, HR, holiday planning, reporting, inventory management, vendor relations, maintenance, IT support, retail operations, and marketing initiatives. As a District Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our bakeries operate seamlessly, allowing our teams to focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
