Legal Operations Support: Partner with the Corporate & Legal Operations Manager on Legal Operations initiatives, including legal technology administration, system implementations, process improvement, workflow development, reporting, knowledge management, user training and adoption, and continued enhancement of departmental resources and collaboration tools. Outside Counsel & Legal Operations Administration: Support outside counsel onboarding, engagement records, billing and invoice workflows, departmental reporting, legal spend tracking, and other operational processes that support the effective management of Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Department activities.
