Serve as a player-coach and subject matter expert across tax determination and compliance platforms, partnering with Tax, Regulatory, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and frontline operations to resolve complex issues and improve customer outcomes. The team manages tax content for all jurisdictions and lines of business, coordinates jurisdiction launches and operates tax engine and compliance workflows in partnership with tax, product, engineering, legal, finance, and business operations teams.
