The team ensures configuration requests are prioritized, tracked, delivered, released, reported on, and supported, while also providing automation, environment management, security coordination, governance, and operational leadership across the department. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Configuration, the Senior Business Process Analyst manages operational, project, and strategic initiatives while delivering high-quality analysis, process documentation, and business support.
