Experience in alarm monitoring, dispatch, emergency communications, law enforcement, military, call center operations, security operations, retail operations, or a related field preferred (strong entry level candidates will be trained). This position operates in a fast paced, high-volume environment and requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while strictly following established procedures.
