The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist builds and sustains productive relationships across CBP, the Department of Homeland Security, other Government agencies, and industry; develops an informed understanding of mission-partner priorities; and converts stakeholder needs, commitments, and feedback into actionable inputs for strategic planning, governance, reporting, and relationship-management dashboards. Coordinate with strategy, policy, data, and visualization personnel to ensure stakeholder insights inform the OIT Information Technology Strategic Plan, strategic initiatives, governance products, the Strategic Traceability Hub, and Power BI-based reporting.
