Work to develop specific skills required to appropriately operate and maintain electrical distribution, chilled water, hot water, air handling, fire protection, fuel oil, domestic water, sanitary, storm water and gas systems. Maintenance Operator will assists with the daily operation of all facility systems, consisting of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, building automation, and backup power systems.
