Design, develop, validate, deliver, and maintain technical training programs, including courseware, lesson plans, training aids, documentation, and hands-on exercises; refresh content annually and following major baseline or capability changes. Support field activities involving installation, integration, testing, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of operational and R&D systems; coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and customers.
