Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise. Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conduct performance / salary reviews, and provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching to Developers executing all aspects of applications development.
