Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Active Florida Architect license required Minimum of 10 years of progressive architectural experience, including experience leading complex projects and project teams Demonstrated experience coordinating healthcare projects through Florida AHCA review, permitting, and approval processes Demonstrated experience leading acute care, behavioral health, and other healthcare project types Strong knowledge of healthcare planning, clinical coordination, building systems, construction materials, detailing, and applicable codes Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction administration Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills Revit proficiency required; working knowledge of AutoCAD a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and project leadership skills, experience working within healthcare environments, and the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and healthcare user groups.
