Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position will lead the maintenance organization, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, drive equipment reliability improvements, manage tactical capital projects, and partner closely with Operations, EHS, Engineering, and Production to eliminate equipment-related risks, improve uptime, and support a manufacturing facility with a diverse mix of assets, many of which are in a sustainment phase. This individual will leverage reliability best practices, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement to reduce downtime, improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and support the site's long-term strategic objectives.
