We focus on treating individuals involved in accidents, work-related injuries, and those with health insurance. We are seeking a highly experienced Practice Operations MANAGER to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of our growth. Position Summary: The Practice Operations MANAGER will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the practice across multiple locations. This key leadership role requires a hands-on executive with deep experience in medical practice management, including a strong background in auto accident, workers' compensation, and commercial insurance workflows. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead, manage, and optimize all clinical and administrative operations. </li><li>Drive performance and efficiency across scheduling, patient flow, and front/back office processes. </li><li>Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, coding standards, and payer requirements. </li><li>Streamline operations and protocols for motor vehicle accident (MVA), workers’ compensation, and out-of-network commercial insurance cases. </li><li>Work directly with physicians, department heads, and staff to support quality patient care and operational excellence. </li><li>Manage hiring, training, and performance of staff across departments. </li><li>Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies based on data analysis. </li><li>Lead expansion efforts and integration of new sites and service lines. </li></ul>Required Qualifications: <ul><li>5+ years of operations leadership experience in a medical practice setting (orthopedic, spine, or pain management preferred). </li><li>5+ years of experience handling MVA, Workers’ Comp, and commercial insurance processes. </li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive accountability. </li><li>Proficiency in medical , EHR systems, and healthcare compliance. </li><li>Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. </li></ul>Compensation & Benefits: <ul><li>Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 depending on experience </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Paid time off (PTO) </li><li>Bonus structure based on performance </li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li></ul>
