Actively participates in rehabilitation team efforts to meet patient needs, including, but not limited to, Hand center case rounds, counseling and teaching patients and their families, discussing changes in treatment programs with MD's, coordinating health care plans with other involved health professionals, e.g., PM&R staff, nurses, social workers, prosthetics, and others, and assists in discharge planning as appropriate. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (required) • NYS License in Occupational Therapy (required) • Hand Therapy experience preferred • Certification in Hand Therapy (preferred) • Strong computer and communication skills.
