Perform comprehensive order management, including order entry, acknowledgments, verification, tracking/status requests, change orders, expedites, push-outs, re-buys, cancellations, shipping method changes, and drop shipment coordination with Supply Chain. As an Associate Account Manager, you'll be responsible for: Own day-to-day sales process execution and operational support for assigned accounts within the geography/territory, including relationship management, needs identification, quoting assistance, order fulfillment, and issue resolution.
