Overview:
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the completion of payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices timely and accurate.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Process invoices through the database.</li><li>Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.</li><li>Charge expenses to accounts by analyzing invoices and recording entries.</li><li>Process check requests, garnishments, and tax payments after ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received.</li><li>Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.</li><li>Pay employees by receiving approved expense reports and requests for advances, prepare checks.</li><li>Assemble and process overnight shipments to branches.</li><li>Assists in monthly closings.</li><li>Prepares analysis of accounts.</li><li>Performs filing and copying.</li><li>Communicate with co-workers, management, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>Protect organizations by keeping information confidential.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
