Requirements: • A Bachelors Degree, preferably, or High School diploma, GED, and professional experience in Sales and/or Marketing • At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a related sales field, which will help you establish trust and value in our ever-changing industry • Extensive automotive refinish experience preferred • The ability to execute the business strategy and drive sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs within assigned market responsibility • Robust relationship building skills to manage existing relationships and develop new ones • Strong interpersonal skills, which will help you increase sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales, and recommending new products and services.
