Who We’re Looking For:A compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Education, Licensures & Certifications:· Current RN license in Illinois required· BLS certification required within 30 days of hire· ACLS certification required within one year of hireExperience:· New graduates and experienced RNs welcome· Meets credit range for Clinical Ladder levels:o Clinical Nurse I: 0-12 credits, BSN preferredo Clinical Nurse II: 13-24 credits with evidence of performance across two categories, BSN preferredo Clinical Nurse III: 25-35 credits with performance across three categories, BSN or 30+ years of experience requiredo Clinical Nurse IV: 36+ credits with performance across three categories, BSN or MSN enrollment/completion required
