OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE:Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Psychiatric Medical Team, the Crisis Stabilization Support Worker (CSSW) provides a wide variety of direct client support services to persons admitted into the crisis stabilization facility. CSSW will also assist in basic medical care and be medication trained and then delegated to be able to help check-in admitted client’s medications and help administer those meds while the client is in the program.  MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: DIRECT CLIENT SUPPORT SERVICES: Administration of admissions and discharges once an individual has been accepted into Battelle House. This includes conducting the admission interview and checklist, making sure all forms and releases are signed as well as taking an inventory of personal belongings. While client is admitted the CSSW will provide support and answer questions helping the individual adjust to the house and the program. Assist in helping clients conduct outpatient intakes either in-person or electronically. Along with the Crisis Recovery Specialist, help form and facilitate client groups and morning/evening check-ins.   MEDICAL CARE AND MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION: Provide basic medical care including checking vital signs upon admission/discharge and assisting the UCS nursing and medical staff with other appropriate duties. CSSW will be trained and then medication delegated and assist nursing and medical teams with obtaining and administering medications. This may include helping clients pick up medications. FACILITY DUTIES: Assist Crisis Recovery Specialist Assistant with cleaning and laundry when needed. Help with creating and preparing nutritious meal options for clients and assisting at mealtimes.    CLIENT IDENTIFICATION AND OUTREACH: Provides outreach services to members of the community in need. Provides protection and advocacy of client rights, whenever possible. Provides persons served and families with referral information and assistance to meet needs not assured by our agency. AGENCY PARTICIPATION: Works to ensure the highest quality of services throughout the agency by participation in committees, quality assurance activities, and interdepartmental activities. RECORD KEEPING: Completes clinical and administrative forms in a timely manner for accurate billing, up-to-date clinical records, and appropriate information sharing. Completes all clinical documentation in a professional and timely manner including those required with admissions, discharges, and medication administration.   * In addition to the above, performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or related field. A minimum of one years’ experience working directly with individuals with mental health issues.Eligible to obtain QMHP certification at any point during employment. Residential Counselors, are positive role models, offering mentorship and encouragement while implementing individualized treatment plans. They monitor resident progress, provide crisis intervention, and help create a safe, nurturing space where residents can thrive. This role will include setting clear and consistent boundaries, supervising daily schedules, assisting with household responsibilities, and supporting personal hygiene and self-care routines. Additionally, they collaborate with the treatment team to report on progress and challenges, ensuring each resident receives the care they need. The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, updating, and expertise of On-Board Computing Systems (OBC). The incumbent will travel to multiple facilities across Casella’s operating footprint to service and install OBCs throughout Casella’s fleet. *This Position Requires Frequent Travel Throughout the Casella Operating Footprint* Hiring Range: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Level 2: 3–5 years of progressively complex experience in fleet technology installation and support. Demonstrated expertise in vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics, with a strong track record of resolving escalated technical issues and leading complex installations. Skilled in training maintenance and operations teams on OBC troubleshooting and coordinating service schedules across multiple facilities. Experienced in managing IT asset tracking, repair, and reporting processes. Works collaboratively to support cross-functional teams and contributes to continuous improvement by providing feedback on procedures. Contributes to developing and implementing action plans to support project initiatives. Level 3: 5+ years of progressively advanced experience in fleet technology leadership and strategic support. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing regional and company-wide OBC installation projects, with a strong background in vehicle electronics and system integration. Proven ability to develop and deliver formal training programs, serve as a technical advisor during hardware and software rollouts, and analyze service data to drive continuous improvement. Collaborates effectively with IT, Fleet, and Operations leadership on cross-functional initiatives. Recognized for strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to teach and mentor others. Actively influencing technology adoption and fleet modernization strategies. Capable of developing and implementing action plans, while expanding project coordination capabilities.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a demonstrated ability to install and troubleshoot computers and electronics. A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, an ability and willingness to travel throughout the company footprint 75% of the time with overnight travel, and possession of necessary installation tools are essential. Effective listening and problem-solving skills, discipline when developing and executing action plans, ability to identify and develop training opportunities, strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and demonstrated proficiency with MS Office 365 applications are required. Although not required, a degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or other related field, relevant computer and automotive certifications, 1-2 years in commercial vehicle maintenance or electronic installation experience and background knowledge or interest in electronic installation and maintenance are preferred.
