Situated on the Mystic River in Everett, Massachusetts, and connected to Boston Harbor, Encore Boston Harbor boasts 671 spacious hotel rooms, a spa, salon and fitness center, specialty retail shops, 15 dining and lounge venues and more than 50,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting spaces. The Encore Boston Harbor Front Office Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Suite and Resort Front Office which includes but is not limited to: Guest Arrivals/Departures, Guest Folio Review/Service, Front Desk Call Center, Night Audit, and Group Arrivals/Departures.
The incumbent will also perform specimen collection, receiving and distribution of specimens to the appropriate technical departments and will perform documentation of quality exceptions according to Laboratory protocol. Prepare specimens for testing, including building worklists, aliquoting specimens, measuring specimens, and checking specimen integrity.
