Associate or bachelor’s degree in design, engineering, technical engineering, operations or a related field; Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a Cast House; Minimum of two years of escalating die cast experience; Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced changing business environment; Familiar with manufacturing, safety and quality process concepts, practices, and procedures; Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment; Provide communication to workforce via written, visual, and electronic methods to build agreement and understanding; Strong time management skills with attention to detail.
