The effectiveness of the incumbent is measured by the level of distribution system reliability achieved, the percentage of in-service dates met, customer satisfaction levels, safety performance, budgetary performance, employee productivity, the number of legitimate grievances received, employee morale, and efficient resource utilization, as measured by budgetary performance and proper prioritization of work. This position will serve as the local liaison with Asset Planning, Field Engineering, Major Construction, and the C&I Business group and is responsible for transforming long term strategic plans for projects and initiatives into a backlog of prioritized, completed designs that can be tactically deployed to our construction workforce.
