The new teaching hospital is designed to accommodate primary care and multiple specialty departments including anesthesia, diagnostic imaging (GE Revolution Ascend 128-slice CT and GE Signa Hero 3T MRI), dentistry and oral surgery, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, cardiology, exotics, dermatology, and surgery, and a full pharmacy with sterile compounding capabilities. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing emergency care to small animals and pet exotics- including intake, treatment, emergency procedures and/or soft tissue surgeries, and the management of the hospitalized patients.
