Serve as a clinical leader on the unit by coordinating resident care, communicating effectively with physicians, nurse leadership, residents, and families regarding care needs and changes in condition. Deliver and oversee direct nursing care, including wound treatments, IV therapy (as permitted by scope), catheter care, and other skilled interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
