In this critical role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of a variety of HVAC and electrical systems, including chillers, cooling towers, CRAH units, air handlers, VAVs, FTBs, and related plant equipment. You will play a key part in ensuring a safe workplace, driving safety awareness, and leading by example.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and electrical equipment in plant and office environments.</li><li>Perform predictive, preventive, and proactive electrical maintenance and analysis.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local codes and regulations.</li><li>Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures using hand and power tools.</li><li>Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.</li><li>Test electrical systems and circuits using devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure safety and compatibility.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in systems and components using test equipment and hand tools.</li><li>Advise management immediately if continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.</li><li>Provide emergency support by operating generators, UPSs, switchgears, and other critical systems.</li><li>Assist with inspection and maintenance of life safety systems.</li><li>Place conduit and pull wires or cables through designated areas as required.</li><li>Plan and install wiring and equipment based on job specifications and blueprints.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and replacements.</li><li>Instruct and mentor lower-level technicians and guide temporary or seasonal employees.</li><li>Develop and communicate schedules for periodic testing of critical equipment</li></ul>Location: 9501 East Shea Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ 85260Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AMRequired Qualifications:<ul><li>State Licenses (Arizona) - CR-39 for HVAC and CR-11 for Electrical</li><li>5+ years of experience as an electrician (including professional experience, apprenticeship, or relevant education such as a BS in Electrical Engineering)</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, formulas, and applications</li><li>Experience with HVAC systems and plant operations</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Commitment to safety and compliance</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities  </li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to work with advanced HVAC and electrical systems</li><li>Leadership and mentoring opportunities</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li></ul>Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $40.90This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.   Our people fuel our future.
