li>Conduct and lead field compliance audits, inspections, and site assessments;
Prepare, review, and manage compliance documents, plans, and reports, including environmental compliance assessment and audit reports, SPCC Plans, SWPPPs, waste profiles and waste management documentation, Tier II, TRI, and other chemical reporting;
Support preparation of permit applications and regulatory submittals;
Interpret and apply applicable environmental regulations and permit requirements at the federal, state, and local levels, including federal, state and local environmental regulations;
Interact directly with clients, facility personnel, regulators, and public stakeholders to gather information, communicate findings, and support compliance solutions;
Develop practical compliance strategies and recommend corrective actions based on regulatory and site-specific conditions;
Manage project tasks, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with minimal supervision;
Lead, mentor, and support junior staff and technical teams;
Oversee or contribute to proposal development, scope writing, and budgetary estimates;
