With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.</li><li>Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.</li><li>Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.</li><li>maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.</li><li>Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.</li><li>Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.</li><li>Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.</li></ul>Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.Expected Compensation Range: $52,088 - $60,996 annuallyNote: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.55 - $19.55 per hour.The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses.
