Technical Depth: Current, hands-on proficiency with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, Configuration Manager, Jamf), operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), scripting (e.g., PowerShell), imaging and packaging, and endpoint security tooling (EDR, MDM, patch management). As the IT End User Services Manager, you will lead a small team of endpoint engineers while remaining hands-on in the same day-to-day work: deploying, securing, and supporting the laptops, desktops, mobile devices, tablets, and peripherals used across the organization.
