What You'll Do<ul><li>Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client upon admission</li><li>Perform all nursing shift duties (screening, vitals, scheduling appt.s and labs, updating charts...)</li><li>Address pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations; dispense meds and maintain med logs</li><li>Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure seamless coordination of care</li><li>Ensure impeccable medical documentation, chart review, and medication logging for each client</li></ul> What We're Looking For<ul><li>High School diploma/ GED</li><li>Minimum one-year diploma program post-high school</li><li>Current, valid licensure to practice nursing in-state, or compact license with multistate privileges</li><li>Min. 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred</li><li>Strong critical thinking, oral and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent collaborative, multitasking and time management skills</li><li>CPR certification is required</li></ul> Now hiring RNs and LPNs for the night shift (6p-6a). Our client located in Newark, DE is looking for several Overnight (Weekends) Data Entry Operators and Document Processors for our banking lockbox document processing center. This is 100% in office. No remote opportunity. Shifts: Friday-Monday 5pm-3:30am Friday-Monday 3pm-1:30am Pay: $18/hourly Responsibilities: Opening newly delivered mail, audit and review applications, basic data entry and electronic file scanning. This is not a call center. This is a lockbox, document processing center.
