<h4>Description:</h4>We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Overnight Stocker to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring our store is well-stocked and ready for customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong lifting ability, and is adept at stocking merchandise efficiently. They should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.<h4>Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>Stock shelves with merchandise according to planograms and store standards.</li><li>Load and unload deliveries, utilizing pallet jacks safely and efficiently.</li><li>Ensure accurate placement of products, paying close attention to detail.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.</li><li>Assist with merchandising displays and maintaining product knowledge.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory and stocking needs.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.</li><li>Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking as needed.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.</li><li>Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.</li></ul><h4>Minimum Qualifications:</h4><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li><li>General knowledge of retail operations.</li><li>Working knowledge of English language.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented.</li><li>Willingness to learn and follow instructions.</li><li>Ability to work overnight shifts.</li></ul><h4>Preferred Qualifications:</h4><ul><li>Experience in warehousing or a similar environment.</li><li>Familiarity with pallet jacks.</li><li>Experience in stocking merchandise.</li><li>Basic understanding of sales principles.</li><li>Previous experience in a customer service role.</li></ul>
