The role of an Awake Overnight Caregiver is to provide support to Core Members (persons with a disability) during the overnight hours (personal care, house cleaning) and to live fully the identity and mission of L'Arche, in the context of an intentional community. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
