Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests. </li><li>Answer telephone. </li><li>Post charges (i.e. room, food, telephone), compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests. </li><li>Make and confirm reservations. </li><li>Monitor room availability. </li><li>Block rooms. </li><li>Program wake-up calls. </li><li>Handle guest mail and messages. </li><li>Open and close shifts making cash drops as necessary. </li><li>Maintain market stock and coffee area as needed. </li><li>Finalize transactions completed during the day and process credit card transactions. </li><li>Prepare and print folios for departing guests. </li><li>Create, print, file and transmit required reports. </li><li>Compile daily sales figures and complete the Daily reports. </li><li>Complete End of Month procedures. </li><li>Ensure hotel PMS system is in balance with the reservations system. Correct any discrepancies. </li><li>Provide guests information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel, i.e. restaurant, lounge, room service. </li><li>Provide guests with directions and information regarding the local area. </li><li>Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, front entrance and surrounding areas. </li><li>Assist in checking all lobby fixtures, equipment and conditions (lights, heating/cooling, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) for proper operation, settings and maintenance. Report deficiencies. </li><li>Schedule shuttle runs for guests (hotels with shuttle only). </li><li>Provide safe transportation to all guests using the hotel shuttle vehicle (select service properties only). </li><li>Perform laundry duties as needed (Fairfield Inn only). </li><li>Set up continental breakfast (Fairfield Inn only). </li></ul>Job RequirementsWe are looking for a self-motivated Night Auditor/Overnight Front Desk Clerk with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills. Specific qualifications for the role include: 1 to 3 months related experience; High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and administrative skills. Availability to work an overnight schedule. Maintain a valid Driver's License from the state which you reside with no major violations. The Stock Clerk will also perform various inventory control support functions such as: cycle counts, data entry in inventory systems, and stocking shelves. Overview: Stock Clerks provide counter service to RGRTA employees to issue parts that are currently in inventory.

Overview:
Stock Clerks provide counter service to RGRTA employees to issue parts that are currently in inventory. The Stock Clerk will also perform various inventory control support functions such as: cycle counts, data entry in inventory systems, and stocking shelves. This is an hourly position and the rate of pay will be $18.50 to $21.50 per hour. 

Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:<ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Meet and greet customers</li><li>Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (Signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)</li><li>Pull inventory from shelves and issue to RGRTA personnel</li><li>Inform customers when requested parts are available</li></ul> Inventory Management Requirements<ul><li>Generating Sales Orders for parts issued</li><li>Performing weekly inventory cycle counts</li><li>Restocking shelves</li></ul> Other Requirements<ul><li>Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance  </li><li>Provide 24 hour support at the RGRTA location during emergencies</li><li>Travel to vendor locations to pickup parts</li><li>Assist with inventory research projects as requested</li><li>Adhere to required procedures</li><li>Assist with Store Manager duties as assigned</li><li>Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system</li><li>Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system</li><li>Assist in performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories at site</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
<ul><li>1 year computer experience</li><li>24-hour availability</li><li>Valid Driver’s License with two years driving experience</li></ul>

Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Attention to detail and adhere to required procedures</li><li>1 year Inventory experience</li><li>1 year Customer Service Role</li><li>Experience in inventory/point of sale applications</li><li>ASE Certification</li><li>1 year experience in Asset Works software package</li><li>1 year experience with transit bus parts</li><li>1 year experience with auto and/or HD truck parts</li></ul>

Physical Requirements:
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
